The kit includes 20 2x4 rafter brackets you can use to insert 5 traditional roof rafters over each of the 2 roof sections (12' span each with far slat spacing). You can purchase additional 2x4 rafter brackets here. The kit also includes 20 2x4 insert brackets so you can add a privacy wall with 10 slats to your pergola (8' height with far slat spacing).
